RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT -2005

The Freedom of Information act-2002 has been replaced by the Right To Information Act 2005 has received the assent of the President of India on 15-06-2005 and it has been Published in Gazette of India on 21-06-2005.

Information means any material in any form including Records, documents, memos, e-mails, opinions advice, press releases, circulars, orders, log books, contract, report papers, samples, models, data, material held in any Electronic form and information relating to any private body which can be accessed by a public authority under any other law for the time being inforce.
